  • Kim’s favorite thing to do is to spend time with her family. 
  • ​She loves water of all kinds and all water activities. 
  • She loves traveling and going on adventures in different places.

  • Sandra grew up in South Africa and moved to Portland area in 1989 and has been here ever since!
  • She is passionate about the community and social components that sharing a meal can create. 
  • She has an adorable dog Finley, he can be found in the clinic and is a trained therapy dog to cheer up children and adults of all ages!

  • Brenna has been working with kids since high school. 
  • She loves the Oregon State Beavers and the Portland Trail Blazers. 
  • She enjoys spending time with family and friends in any capacity. ​

  • Kelly grew up in Beaverton and completed both her undergraduate and graduate studies at Pacific University. 
  • She loves to travel and has lived in two other countries besides the USA. 
  • She enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and dog...always up for a new adventure!​

  • Kayley grew up on a 40-acre filbert farm and has always enjoyed being outside exploring.  
  • She was a competitive swimmer and has enjoyed time in the pool teaching swim lessons and water aerobics for the past 14-years. She also enjoys running, swimming, or spending time outdoors. 
  • She views each day as another opportunity to embrace adventure and live fully!

  •  Donna loves to laugh... it truly is the best medicine! 
  • She finds joy in riding her horse and competing in Dressage Competitions throughout the PNW. 
  • She is an ‘adventurous eater’ at heart and loves exploring new culinary hot spots or cooking up new recipes at home.

  • Mason spends his down time with his dogs and his garden. 
  • He grew up in the Deep South but has called Oregon home for over 15 years. 
  • He loves art and studied fine art in High School and Undergrad before becoming an OT in 2015.

Rylie Fikes
Occupational Therapist

  • Rylie grew up in California which is why she LOVES heading to the coast any chance she can get regardless of the weather. Ocean wave sound is always one of her top songs on Spotify. The town she lived in is the garlic capitol of the world so she also LOVES garlic!
  • Her favorite thing to do is grab her weighted blanket and a good book. She could read for hours and her record for most novels in 24 hours is 3. Her favorite books of all time are When Breath Becomes Air by Paul Kalanithi & The House In The Cerulean Sea by TJ Klune (THIS ONE IS ABOUT INCLUSION!!!!)
  • Lattes are essential in her day! She loves making them at home and ALWAYS samples them when on a trip/vacation. Vanilla and Caramel are her 2 favorite flavors.

Ember Alavi
​Occupational Therapist

  • Ember has seven siblings... and she is the oldest!
  • She is the most relaxed when she's outside and being active. Her favorite outdoor activities are soccer, ultimate frisbee, paddle boarding, and snowboarding.
  • She loves spending time with her adorable corgi, Nimbus, either going on adventures, going for a run, or just cuddling at home.

  • Phaedra likes gardening and cooking.
  • Her favorite thing is to have fun outdoors when “the temperature is just right.”
  • She loves stories in all their forms: movies, books, podcasts, and in conversation with friends and family.

  • Camille enjoys working with children with all types of communication challenges. 
  • She believes it is especially important to engage with the family to build functional skills for everyday life. 
  • When not at work, she spends time with her adult son who has Autism and Down syndrome.

  • Casey is a San Francisco native who loves the foggy, cold days in the PNW where she can cuddle with her cat, Oliver. 
  • She spends her free time listening to true crime podcasts and crocheting animals for everyone in her life. 
  • She has worked as a pediatric SLP in San Diego, Vancouver, and Portland and she is very excited to now be working in wonderful Beaverton!

  • Jenny believes that reading transforms lives!
  • She loves spending time outdoors skiing, hiking, kayaking and paddle boarding.
  • When she's not outside with her family, she loves cooking, reading all sorts of books and watching movies.

  • Margaret is a Chicagoland native turned Pacific Northwesterner. 
  • When not making memories with her infant son, she loves hiking, reading, and creating digital illustrations. 
  • She loves listening to people’s stories and spending time with family and friends.

Ryan DePauw

  • Ryan was born in California and has lived in the Pacific Northwest since 2012 - his favorite thing about the PNW is the rain and the amazing drinking water - keep your vocal cords hydrated!
  • Ryan grew up on the stage - his big debut was when he was 11 years old in a community theater production alongside his father. He went on to study dance, voice, and acting and has starred in numerous musicals, plays, and ballets.
  • Ryan loves to follow the child's lead and uses the principles of theatrical improvisation to steer therapy sessions based on strengths and interests.

  • Katie was born and raised in Hillsboro and currently lives in NW Portland with her husband, three daughters, and foster children. 
  • She loves to travel, camp, kayak, attend Oregon State University athletic events, and attend her children’s activities. 
  • She enjoys learning new things and taking classes (i.e., hula hoop class, trapeze class, aerial silks, aerial yoga, adult gymnastics, etc.).
