Our Services

Therapy will provide individualized recommendations and treatment sessions that are tailored to meet the needs of your child with strategies for supports at home and in the community. This is completed through evaluation of many areas of development that may be impacting your child's ability to enjoy and participate in life.

  • A smiling therapist with long blonde hair kneels on the floor face-to-face with a young girl in a striped shirt during a play-based therapy session.
  • A therapist in a blue shirt supports a young boy as he sits in a teardrop-shaped sensory swing suspended over a colorful ball pit.
  • A young boy in a red shirt sits cross-legged and smiles while sliding down a padded ramp in a sensory gym.
  • Occupational therapist works with children to promote calm regulated body awareness for functional movement and self care independence, attention for problem solving and activity organization, and peer interaction opportunities to build social skills with others.

  • Speech & Language therapists work with children to improve speech sound production, language expression and understanding, social interaction and cognitive organization.

  • Physical therapists address gross-motor skills such as mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and endurance to improve functional independence and development.

  • Feeding therapy is under the scope of practice of occupational therapists and speech language pathologists. This requires specialty training. At BOLD Center occupational therapists have advanced specialization to focus on feeding therapy.

Feeding therapy is focused support for children who have difficulty eating or drinking, participating in mealtime or navigating different forms and varieties of nutritional intake.

  • Tele health services are services provided at a distance and conducted over an electronic device. Services are typically offered while the family is at home, but may also take place within the community or at other locations in which a child needs supports. This mode of service delivery may be carried out routinely, or to support access opportunities, either due to transportation, or family daily routine challenges. These services are navigated through therapist and family collaboration.
